Executive Board
The Executive Board consists of elected members who manage and oversee the administrative operations of the Union. Members of the Executive Board serve one-year terms.

Bargaining Committee
The Bargaining Committee prepares for and conducts contract negotiations by identifying member priorities, researching and reviewing relevant agreements and policies, and representing the best interests of the membership during negotiations. It is a temporary committee of the Executive Board composed of elected members from each department, formed prior to contract negotiations and dissolved once bargaining is complete.
Stewards Council
The Steward Council is composed of Area Stewards and Department Stewards and serves to coordinate communication, organizing, and contract enforcement across the Union.
Area Stewards
Area Stewards are elected representatives assigned to specific colleges who support members, help coordinate organizing efforts, and assist with enforcing the Collective Bargaining Agreement. They serve as the link between members in their college and the broader Union.
Department Stewards
Department Stewards are elected by members within their own department to represent colleagues on workplace issues, answer questions about the contract, and bring concerns to the Union. They serve as the first point of contact for members at the department level.
Organizing Committee
The Organizing Committee is an open space for bargaining unit members to get involved with the Union, build community, and plan actions and events that strengthen member engagement.
